Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returning An Item:
Your item(s) can be returned for a 30 day period from your shipping date.
Item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Our items are securely packaged and insured. Damaged claims must be submitted through the shipping carrier.

Please package your item with care. Include the Customer Return Form with your item. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Adjustments for costs of exchanges are based on the price of original and exchanged items. Credit or additional charges will be to the original payment method.

Return Exceptions:
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Most orders are custom created for our clients and since the crosses are handmade, please know that it could take up to 3 weeks to ship your order, although we strive to be much faster than that.

    Shipping Rates
    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your
    location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will
    have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
    Back Orders
    We make every effort to keep our inventory fully stocked.  We will immediately notify you if your cross will be back ordered and the approximate fulfillment date of your order.
